My GM-W9C was hanged on suddenly, and doesn’t work even I re-set the ID connect bottom, Is there a problem with the device itself?
It should be low battery, please check the left side LED of GM-W9C, if the light on, please recharge the battery, then re-set the ID connect bottom, and please uproot the recharge cable after LED light was turn off.
