There is no sound, or the sound is too low or too high?
Please check these items:
1. Check if the audio cable connector is securely connected the “ Audio In” port of the monitor, and the “Line Out” port of your computer’s sound card.
2. Make sure the computer sound program is working or not.
3. Adjust the volume on sound setting or adjust your sound card or computer volume setting.
4. Adjust the volume control keys on the monitor.
