My notebook computer can not detect the device when the GM-W6,W7 receiver is installed. Is there a problem with the device itself?
GM-W6,W7 is plug and play with Win 98SE/ 2000/Me/ XP or above operation system, please make sure your operation system is tally with it before you install the receiver.
